Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly to you from one of three warehouses in California, Philadelphia, or Florida.

If an order is placed before 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time, the order will be dispatched the same day, excluding Sunday. If an order is placed after 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time, we cannot guarantee same day dispatch, though we will make every effort to do so.

After dispatch, you may track your order any time by visiting the relevant carrier website and entering your tracking number.

Due to COVID-19, all carriers have reported difficulty meeting shipping deadlines.

Because of increased safety requirements, reduced staff, and a sharp increase in deliveries, our carriers are reporting delays that may delay your delivery. Please note we make every effort to fulfill orders on the same day, thus reducing the risk of late delivery.

We use all major carriers including Fedex, USPS, UPS, and DHL to reduce the risk of delivery delays. We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.
